Your Role
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving company growth. Your key responsibilities include
Generating new business by identifying and securing rental managements.
Developing and executing growth strategies to expand the agency’s portfolio.
Building and maintaining relationships with property owners, investors, and referral partners.
Conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends and uncover new opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
A current Real Estate Registration Certificate.
Proven sales and business development experience.
