Location: St Marys & South Wentworthville, Sydney

Salary: Base + Commission (based on experience)

An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and driven PBusiness Development Manager to join a growing, well-established agency with offices in both St Marys and South Wentworthville.

The Role

• Actively prospect, source, and secure new rental listings to grow the agency’s rent roll

• Conduct rental appraisals and listing presentations with professionalism and confidence

• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients with consistent follow-up

• Collaborate with the sales and leasing teams to maximise referral opportunities

• Negotiate management fees and oversee the onboarding of new landlords

• Attend open homes, auctions, and local events to represent the brand and generate leads

• Ensure compliance with legislation while delivering a high standard of service

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in property management, business development, or real estate sales

• Confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport and trust

• Highly motivated, results-driven, and proactive in seeking new opportunities

• Strong organisational skills and a follow-through mindset

• Comfortable prospecting and engaging in face-to-face conversations

• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
