What’s on Offer:
Salary: $75k-$85k + Super.
Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
Transport: Access to a fleet of company cars for use during work hours.
Tools: Work phone and in-office laptop provided (no need to take work home).
Support:
Assisted by a leasing team and an assistant for daily administration: i.e. applications.
Supported by 2 relief PMs when you need a well deserved break.
Bonuses: Performance-based reviews available for high performers.
Environment: Balance between independence and support, fostering long-term loyalty.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of 140-150 properties.
Oversee leasing processes with the assistance of the leasing team.
Handle applications with support from an assistant.
Conduct regular reviews and maintain high standards of property management.
Collaborate with a supportive team, including relief managers.
Requirements:
Proven experience in property management.
Demonstrated loyalty and stability in previous roles.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
QLD Real Estate Agent licence or Certificate IV
Driver’s Licence.
